MICHAEL RAVENSCROFT | BROKER

Real estate is about more than passion alone. It requires dedication, expertise, and skills that can only be honed by years on the job. This is exactly what Michael Ravenscroft offers his clients. Born and raised in Seattle, Michael’s insight into the city’s neighborhoods is surpassed only by his knowledge of local zoning regulations. A zoning code specialist since 1985, Michael’s singular understanding of new construction and development allows him to envision living spaces in a way few others can.

Backed by his degree in real estate and 35 plus years’ experience, Michael has not only collaborated with 100s of builders helping to bring more than 1,000 projects to completion, he has also built over 100 homes himself and renovated numerous others. Working primarily with builders, Michael relishes the challenge of creating new opportunities to accommodate growth in single-family living within Seattle’s specific boundaries.

DAVID MARCOE | BROKER

Honest and approachable, David Marcoe takes a patient, practical, knowledge-based approach to his real estate practice. A lifelong resident of the Northwest, David studied architecture at WSU and now utilizes these talents helping developers and clients bring quality construction projects to fruition in the greater Seattle area.

During his successful 35 plus years as a real estate broker, David has assisted both sellers and buyers while also personally building more than 100 homes and renovating many others. Given his unique and multifaceted perspective, he has an intimate understanding of what goes into impeccable construction from conception to completion. With an emphasis on in-depth property research, David mines his expertise enabling builders and developers to create something out of nothing. David’s many years of successfully working with Seattle’s complex zoning codes combined with his love for new development mean that his clients can trust that he will bring something exceptional to the market.

Lori

PRODUCTION MANAGER

A lifelong resident of Seattle, Lori has deep roots in the Pacific Northwest. Although she is a licensed real estate broker and has her degree in interior design, she primarily plays a supporting role at Seattle Urban Living. She assists Mike and her husband, David, by providing creative feedback and overseeing scheduling and production to keep things running smoothly.

PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

Behind every successful team is a great production associate. Kirsten works behind the scenes helping to schedule transactions and keep all of Michael and David’s projects on track. She has a penchant for organization and is a self-admitted perfectionist and enjoys every minute of helping a team that has so much talent and experience.
